Arson and Explosives Committee
This committee shall study, consider, and determine the various methods and means by which crimes involving arson and explosives are committed; survey, investigate, and evaluate the techniques and methods employed by police agencies in solving and reducing the incidence of these crimes; and report to this Association for dissemination to all police agencies all pertinent information and recommendations that will assist them in combating these major crimes.Special Message to all BATS Users Regarding BATS 3.2 Enhancements
