Training and Technical Assistance for Indian Country
The Foundation has approved almost $20,000 in funding to present five regional training symposia dedicated solely to assisting Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies. Over 100 Indian Country policing representatives will receive no-cost training in the key subject areas of:
- Grant Writing and Resources
- Recruitment and Retention
- Acquisition of New Technology
