2001 Information

The IACP prepares an annual State Legislative Report in order to provide members with a review of the major law enforcement-related legislative initiatives that were considered, or are currently under consideration, in each state. Although the IACP staff tracks all law enforcement-related legislation, this document provides information on only those legislative initiatives that were enacted or were the subject of significant legislative activity.
