Criteria—what you need to know to be a member.

Note: You will need your Membership UserID and Password to enter these sections. Your UserID is your membership ID, which can be found on your membership card; your password is your last name.

Both User Name and Passwords are case sensitive.

For your password--your last name--do not use all caps. Just type (for example): Smith.

If your name has more than one word and combines upper- and lower-case letters, please key it in the way you would normally, i.e., O'Malley, von Behren, Del Pino, del Prado, D'Agostino, etc.
