Radar/Lidar Conforming Product List (CPL)

Have the radar/lidar units you are using been tested for accuracy as they were when they were new? Are you sure the repairs you've had done on these were made correctly? IACP can help you with this question.

The IACP has two testing laboratories available for use by its members and law enforcement in general. Each laboratory is equipped to test new and used radar and lidar units for accuracy and reliability:

• San Diego State University (SDSU); San Diego, CA
• IPTM, University of North Florida; Jacksonville, FL

The universities each entered into an agreement with the IACP to provide testing services at facilities. Access to this service, which is provided for a nominal fee, may be obtained by contacting Clarence Bell, of the IACP headquarter's staff at 703-836-6767, ext. 215.
